2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all related accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

The name, mobile number, and other identifying information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. Registering with false information may result in account suspension or closure. Any changes to information must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.4 Password and Security

The user is solely responsible for the security of their account. Passwords must not be shared with anyone, and any suspicious activity must be reported to ck44 support immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, and a total of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on specified games or betting markets — the terms of each bonus are set separately.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are eligible for withdrawal only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
• Bonuses have a set validity period, and if the wagering requirement is not met within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If multiple accounts from the same household or device claim a bonus, both accounts may be cancelled.

4.3 Promotional Offer Terms

If ck44 determines that a user is abusing the bonus system, all bonuses and winnings earned from bonuses in that account will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

All bets are accepted in accordance with the rules of the ck44 platform. The odds and game results displayed on the platform are final. ck44 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

5.2 Bet Cancellation Conditions

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, bets on that event will be settled in accordance with ck44's policy. For sports betting, the specific rules applicable to each sport will be followed.

5.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

ck44 reserves the right to set a maximum winnings amount for a single bet or within a given time period. This limit may vary by game and betting market.

5.4 Fraudulent Activity

Any attempt at fraud, match manipulation, or gaining an unfair advantage will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposits and winnings. ck44 reserves the right to take legal action in such cases.

6. VIP Program

6.1 VIP Tiers

ck44's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

Each VIP tier receives cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0%. For example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

6.3 VIP Benefits

VIP members may receive benefits such as priority support, special promotional offers, and higher transaction limits. ck44 reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy
